Their initial design concepts were extremely good. Thoughtful, clean, beautifully conceived. The design was always in service to the meaning we needed to convey. This made our decision making process go very fast.

Their ability to anticipate needs. I forgot to specify a piece of information for collateral. When I saw its first draft, I realized they had caught my oversight. For a small team working quickly, this foresight was invaluable.

Their gentleness with handling our flawed requests. They talked us out of weak ideas with grace.
